Ms. Claire Geng is the founder of Lan Hai Consulting Ltd. Born and educated in Beijing, China, she graduated from Capital Normal University and spent more than a decade working in science education and research. During this time, she developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking, education, and client-focused guidance—principles that continue to shape her professional approach today.

In the early 1990s, Ms. Geng was awarded a full scholarship to attend the University of Miami in the United States, where she participated in advanced research on discovery-based learning methodologies in science education under the direction of the distinguished educator Dr. J. Kahle. She graduated with honors from the University of Miami’s School of Education, earning a Master of Education degree.

After immigrating to Canada and settling in Vancouver in the mid-1990s, Ms. Geng established a successful career in financial services, specializing in wealth preservation, family financial planning, estate planning, and insurance-based solutions. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, she has earned the trust of families, professionals, and business owners by providing thoughtful guidance, personalized strategies, and exceptional client service.

Throughout her career, Ms. Geng has received numerous industry distinctions, including recognition as a Top Broker with Manulife Financial. She has also achieved Lifetime Membership in the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), one of the highest honours in the global life insurance and financial services profession.
